Criminals — Do Not Use After placing a $ 60 order of flowers, they were not delivered. Called their customer services and was told they cannot help and there were no refunds. This company is a scam, do not use. Will be reporting them to my credit card company and Better Business Bureau. AVOIDTHISCOMPANY!!!

Ordered flower online on Sunday night needed for a funeral on Monday noon(specified around 12). Called twice to confirm the delivery & they charged additional $ 30 for delivery(which should be free of charge for same day delivery) flower arrived at 2 pm instead, Right before burial ceremony. Defiantly not $ 180 worth of flowers not to mention the delivery services.

I’d actually been worried after they missed a delivery at my mom’s clinic(she’d been out to lunch) and she came home to say she hadn’t gotten her flowers. I started reading the terrible reviews online and got kindof paranoid. But they delivered them the next business day and they really came through. The arrangement was lovely and the flowers were fresh. While they weren’t exactly like the picture online, the substitutions made were completely acceptable to me.

Do yourselves a favor and never buy from this bunch of thieves. They state clearly free delivery and then charged my credit card over $ 35 for delivery! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and other complaints will be filed. I will get my money back because I am very diligent. But please do not buy from them and spare yourselves.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would! The absolute WORST company i have ever dealt with in my entire life!!! Pretty much same problems as everyone else. Purchased a 29.99 bouquet including free shipping online. After tax it was 36.96. Great… I thought. The delivery guy tried twice to deliver them but my gf was out so no prob. Delivered the next day. I thought what a good company. Then I look at my CC statement a week later and there is a 51 $ charge. That can’t be right… must be a mistake. Called the number, a rude man answered I told him my problem. He said if I bought it online I agreed to the charges and then he hung up on me!!! Are you serious? I was in awe! How can there possibly be someone giving such atrocious customer service? I call back twice and it rings and rings and then I get a message saying this number had no voicemail set up. Please call back later. What kind of a business doesn’t even have voicemail? I call back again, this time one ring and I hear the same thing. Now I’m really pissed and beyond offended. I email the«company.» The so-called owner gets back to me promptly with a completely automated message explaining the extra 15 $ delivery charge that you receive if you book over the phone. But I didn’t book over the phone I booked online! If he had actually bothered to read the email he would have known that. The email goes to say you did agree to the charge otherwise we would have not received your order and explains any other charges. It’s obvious these scammers do this ALLTHETIME to have an automated message that is so detailed in basically explaining you got fucked over. My thoughts are exactly of the other woman: how has the BBB not shut these criminals down yet? For gods sake, stay away people!

the terrible website with large colourful confusing letter and«discounts» is a scam they promise discounts and free delivery, but really then come the extra charges: — to get it wrapped — the 2 taxes — and their service charge . $ 20 on top of my $ 30 bouquet, no big savings, really!

My husband(like all good husbands) wanted to surprise me for Valentine’s Day with a flower delivery first thing Monday, February 14th. He did a proximity search for«florist» from where I work(19 Mercer St). From the result set he chose these guys(seeing how the address would indicate they would reach my work the fastest The flowers didn’t arrive on Valentine’s Day. My husband called and called — no response, no voicemail to receive messages either. The next day, around 2pm, the front desk was delivered rotten(that’s right, ROTTEN!) flowers at work. By the time made it to my desk, and I got up to look for the delivery guy, he’d already taken off. I was fuming mad, and decided to just stop this phone tag, and walk right over to talk to them in person. When I got there, there was no body at that address. I spoke with the bartender at 461 King St W(Firkin Pub) and he informed me of no such florist he’d ever heard of! Neither had the other guys in the pub, and they were from the area. Finally on the 15th try, my husband was able to get hold of a rude customer service rep, who declined to refund any money and offered to EXCHANGE the flowers. Quite a few things wrong with this option — 1. Valentine’s day was YESTERDAY, and flowers were to mark the occasion which is well past. 2. Well where do I bring them in? Ah there is a «corporate office» in mississauga the girl informs him, and the 459 King St W location? Oh its just a «delivery location» whatever that means.(It doesn’t exist!) The CSR then went on to jot his number down, and said«someone will contact you» in a very rude tone. Of course, as expected, nobody did. In the meantime, the stench of the rotting flowers was dire enough that the entire office was begging of me to dispose of them, so I took pictures for evidence and couldn’t see myself lugging them on the Go train back to Mississauga to «get an exchange» which I did not need. What bothers me the most is, upon further googling, I found numerous complaints on various websites: To add insult to injury, turns out the advertised price of «30.xx» ended up as a charge of «59.xx» on my card? I have also opened a dispute with my Credit Card company, however since the transaction is pending, the CSR informed me it could take upto 25 days just to get any result. Needless to say, I’ll be monitoring my bill carefully. Who knows who else has my CC details now? What bothers me the most is, why isn’t BBB doing anything to shut them down? why are they allowed to list themselves on Yellow Pages with an address clearly not theirs? Why isn’t anything being done? I hope this can at least bring some light to this matter in one of your segments so more people cannot be «had» like my husband and myself were! Thank you for listening.
