Blair Nadeau Millinery

History

Established in 2009.

Blair Nadeau Millinery began one fateful day while shopping in London England at Selfridges.

I stumbled upon the millinery boutique and became completely enthralled with the beautiful and mesmerizing ascot hats.

From there on, I decided that Millinery was my calling. With a degree in Fashion Design from Ryerson University and a background in textile arts, I set off to teach myself everything I needed to know about becoming a milliner.

Fast forward 7 years and my lovely little millinery has turned into a sparkling bridal candy shop. Bridal became my first love as I handcraft heirloom quality treasures that have been worn by brides as close as my own family members to as far as Australia and all in between.

Our work has been seen in over 60 print publications over the past 7 years including 7 covers, we’ve been featured in British Vogue, Vogue Italia and on the cover of UK’s Wedding Magazine. In addition our work has been seen on all three seasons of the hit Television Show Reign.

Blair Nadeau Millinery consists of one designer and a fabulous team of talents that help to create the most stunning of look books and collection shoots.

The sole maker of our Millinery is myself, Blair Nadeau.

I believe that as it is my name on the label that it should be my two hands creating the design for you.

I design, craft and create every single piece that is passed on to every single client.

It is a labour of love.
