Date of Visit: 2013-07-31(Date of Pickup: 2013-08-01) Bill Total(after taxes): $ 27.00 Walking down the stairs into the underground walkway, you’ll find the Bestway Cleaners, owned by a Korean family. Though hard to find, as there is very little advertising for the dry cleaners, once you’ll find it, it is a nice gem to have. Parking is non-existent; unless you dare to park in front of the building, expect a parking ticket in five minutes or less. I had a few things to drop off at the cleaners: a suit of one blazer and trousers, another set of trousers, and a short-sleeved collared shirt. I asked to have them picked up as soon as possible, and the woman quickly responded tomorrow. Perfect! The next day, I went to pick up my clothes. When I came in, the same woman told me that they’re just finished hanging up the clothes, except for one of the trousers. She found that the side pocket stitching is coming off, and is getting it restitched. I usually inspect the clothes that go to the dry cleaners to have them do it, otherwise I may be going home with freshly pressed, dry cleaned, damaged clothes. The final total amounted at $ 27.00($ 3.11 in taxes); the woman said the restitching is on the house. The breakdown of the costs were as follows: — suit(1 blazer, 1 trousers): $ 14.95 — trousers: $ 6.95 — shirt: $ 1.99 Prices are competitive, as they are currently offering dry cleaning on shirts for $ 1.99 if you drop off additional clothes for services(opening anniversary special? if memory serves me right). Customer service at Bestway Cleaners is exceptional! The respect and politeness is shown from them unconditionally. Woman: *bows* «Thank you!
