We specialize in group dog walks for your beloved Pooch. We also provide cat sitting and dog boarding, while our owners are away on vacation or for business.

Currently Rebecca the owner is finishing up her studies for Veterinarian Assistant to better understand the canine and feline health. She is also finishing up her Dog training course with Animal Behaviour College and hopefully soon will be starting puppy classes.

Business Owner

I have truly been an animal lover my whole life. Ever since I can remember I always had a pet in my life, whether it was dogs, cats, hamsters or buggies, and even though they were family pets I took it upon myself to take care of them like they were all mine.

I moved to Toronto in 2004 and decided to have my very own dog and came across my precious girl Ella. I started Barks N Purrs after working for another dog walking company for two years. With a family business background, I knew the next step would be to have my very own business. It was a very easy decision to make.

With a lot of hard work I can honestly say I am happy where my life has gone and I am continually updating my education to better understand how animals behave and hopefully become a trainer in the next year.

Every day is an adventure and I can’t wait to see what the next 20 years lies ahead of me in the pet care business. I can promise this — I’m here to stay.
