Note that this Banana Republic has two stores in the Eaton Centre (1 for men on the main floor and 1 for women on the second floor). My review is for the men’s store.
Staff are decent at BR. Usually have to approach someone if you need help.
Their clothing are not very form fitting (although they’re trying to change with the times with new tailored slim fits). I usually like to get my suits from Top Man because they look tailored off the rack. The mannequins on display have their clothing a pinned to make the clothing look tailored. Next time you’re in the store look behind the mannequin on the floor.
The store itself is well laid out and usually pretty clean.
Tip: only buy stuff when it’s 40% off which is like every other week.

I like this Banana Republic, b/​c they carry petite sizes. It probably doesn’t mean alot to most people, but it’s super fantastic not to have to hem your pants. Ha ha.
This visit was ok, I found some items I liked but the staff weren’t that helpful leading to my non-​purchase of items. If service doesn’t bug you, then shopping here is a dream. If you’re looking for assistance, I’ve had better.
