I own my own business and have been working with Astro Screen Printing for just under 2 years now. I was shopping around for a tshirt printer and ended up picking Astro Screen Printing and I am so glad I did as I haven’t found a need to use any other printing services since! What initially drew me in was the incredibly fair pricing structure, low minimums, and variety of services they offer. But the reason I continue to work with them is because of the consistency in quality and how they treat me as a customer. They are even often able to work with me, pricing wise, which is always appreciated! I actually got to go and pick up my first order, and was able to meet some of the people that work here. I mostly spoke to one of the owners(or maybe he was the owner — can’t rightly recall) who showed me around the facility. He was extremely nice, easy to talk to, and you could tell is passionate about what he does(which is hugely important to me) Their CR rep is an absolute joy to talk to! Always pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. Sometimes I’ll have just an idea stirring in my head, and will need a quote just to see if it’s feasible — I always receive one promptly, even if those quotes don’t always turn into orders. I usually get responses to emails within the hour, or early next business day. Basically they make me feel valued as a customer, no matter if I’m making a small minimum order, or a larger job. Their turnaround times are great — even at odd points in the year around the holidays and such, I’ve never had to wait very long from deposit to receiving the shipment. The whole process usually takes 5 – 7 business days, even for smaller orders. As my business grows, Astro Screen Printing is definitely a business relation I want to be growing alongside with it!
