Artisan Cheese and Food Gallery

I bought 2 vouchers for Artisan Cheese and Food Gallery from a group buying site.
The first time I tried going to this place I got held up in traffic and wound up going home as I didn’t expect to make it by closing time. (I’d previously called, a few times, to get the hours and when I finally did get an answer the guy told me when he’s «usually» there.) So, I was slightly disappointed that I couldn’t use my vouchers right away and in the future would have to plan the trip then call to get confirmation before going. Nonetheless, that’s what I did.
On my second attempt, I arrived to a shop that looked to be closed with a «For Lease» sign on the window. I went in to find the selection very sparse, but the proprietor very friendly. He told me that he was moving locations in a couple of days to just around the corner. Ok. That’s fine. Voucher #1 used.
Now for #2. Realizing that the voucher would expire soon, the place had moved, and that the hours of operation are unpredictable, I went to the website to find this:

Great. So now it looks like I can just go during the open hours without having to call ahead. Today I finally had a day off — I work crazy hours doing shift work — so decided to go get my cheese on! I drove 30 min to the new location, parked, and walked over to the shop to find a sign on the window saying closed Mondays. I cannot tell you how pissed off I was, and still am. I wasted gas and an hour of my time — which is quite valuable to me — all for nothing.
This shop will never again get my business.
