Arnold Tutoring specializes in private individual and small group tutoring, both online and in-​person. The tutors at Arnold Tutoring use clear, concise instruction and examples to make even the most complex topics simple to understand.

Tutors are available for grades 1 — 12, university and college math, stats and finance courses and standardized test preparation.

Arnold Tutoring also offers exam prep seminars for high school and university math, stats and finance courses. These «crash courses» are specific to each course and curriculum, and include live instruction, a practice exam with full step-​by-​step solutions and a study package with dozens of explanations and examples.

History

Established in 2012.

Founded by the brother and sister team of Mike and Danielle after years of private tutoring, in August 2012 they quit their corporate jobs and set-​up shop as Arnold Tutoring to focus full-​time on building the best tutoring company in Canada. Their growing business now includes a group of highly skilled, well educated tutors who are passionate about math and trained with the Arnold Tutoring method and tools.

Although Mike and Danielle realize many students will never love math, they’re confident that their team of tutors can help even the most «anti-​numbers» student succeed in their course. Since it wasn’t that long ago that they were taking these courses themselves, they know how to maximize study time and teach tips and strategies to help students succeed on their tests, exams and assignments.

Meet the Business Owner

Danielle R.

Business Owner

Danielle graduated from the Asper School of Business (University of Manitoba) with majors in Finance and HR in 2006. Soon after graduation, she moved to Toronto to start a career in retail, focusing on merchandise planning. She spent her career at several large Canadian retailers, and in August 2012 left the corporate world to focus on building an amazing tutoring company with her younger brother.

Danielle is responsible for the day-​to-​day operations of the company. This includes website design, marketing and recruiting and training new tutors. She also tutors students in grades 1 – 11.
