Not only is Armin an excellent negotiator, highly knowledgeable about the many pockets of the Toronto real estate market, and almost ahead of premarket listings, he’s a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Armin, I purchased my dream first home that far exceeds my expectations, even after making a couple offers on other great finds.
