Aren’t We Naughty

Really nice looking store. Everything is always well organized with clear signage. The workers are always very professional and have never made things awkward (even when the odd questions have to come up). We have come here many times for regular necessities and also for some silly gag gifts at christmas time. It’s a really nice change from other adult stores in that it feels like a nice clean retail store that happens to feature adult items.

the store was under renovation for the longest time, and as a bit of a back story i have had EXTREMELY disappointing moments with this company and its lack of customer service.
but hey, i wanted to give this newly revamped location a chance.
its very clean and very bright, not very well marked where everything is.
i went for a valentines day gift for my significant other, which i found within seconds of walking in… and then i saw the price. the price was 35 dollars higher then the previous time i had purchased it. in the moments it took my brain to process this, one of the staff came over to ask if i was ok, i had explained my issue over the pricing and wondered why it had came to rise.
the CSR looked at me dead in the eyes and said «sir the price on everything goes up year after year.» i said in no way was i paying for the «increase» to which the csr walked away from me.
a little bit of advice, if the customer has a problem with price, you should try to do something or offer some compensation or «free» goodies as you would have it. NOT WALK AWAY
went home, found the device on amazon for three dollars more then what i had originally pay for, and free shipping…
this is the absolute last time, i waste my time, with this company as a whole.
