A dream experience! I had to wait for a bit, but compared with the treatment I experienced at other clinics, the nurses and doctors here were incredibly thorough, knowledgable, and invested in helping me. They took their time to ensure all my questions were answered.

Have been going here for roughly one year with no problems. Its in my neighbourhood and the doctor/​staff are very friendly.
On my last visit I was informed that Appletree Medical Group has acquired the clinic. The receptionist had been let go and that the clinic was being absorbed. No problem. I was told to call for my lab results because they might got lost in the transition.
I called today, first had to listen to roughly 4 minutes of an automated greeting, finally getting the option to talk to a person, the automated message tells me I am 15^th in line, the wait time is 10 minutes (I used to just call the clinic and speak directly with the receptionist)
I finally get someone on the phone, tell them my information and they just keep saying over and over ‘hmm, I’m having trouble finding you’ then eventually she just hangs up.
Okay, no problem, I call back. 13^th in line, wait time is 9 mins. I wait the 9 minutes and when its my turn an automated message tells me that there is no one available to take my call and disconnects.
I literally have no way of getting this person back on the phone. I will have to actually go there to get my results.
This clinic was great but I will be following my doctor (Dr. Creek, who is fantastic) to her new practice.

Not to say that the receptionist was unfriendly or anything, she just never picks up the phone apparently! For 2 days of continuous calling I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone but kept hearing the message that for booking appointment I need to call back. I ended having to take time off from work just to come in to book an appointment with my family Dr. Then I was told to call back to book my second follow up, now I tried calling 5 times in a day already and still no one picks up the call. I probably should find another clinic instead of wasting my time making all the calls.
Update: Today is Wednesday, by the 8^th call that I’m making at 3:45 PM, the voice message has already been changed to «Today is Thursday …» and the message that I left earlier has not been returned.

I recently was experiencing a health issue and as a result was in a lot of pain and discomfort. I went to this clinic and they were extremely helpful, efficient and welcoming. Not only were they very thorough, but they even followed up with me a few days later. Considering that this is a walk in clinic and that I am not a regular patient, nor had they ever met me before, I was so pleasantly surprised with how they treated me so well and took my health concerns very seriously. I personally felt that the administration at the front desk was a breath of fresh air as she instantly made me feel comfortable. Her friendly and kind attitude makes for such a positive experience! I had Dr. Ann see me and she was amazing too. I was leaving for Europe a few days later and she even followed up with me to share my results and ease my mind before my trip. Overall a very positive experience during what could have been a stressful time.

Nice, clean, clinic. Located right along queen west at a streetcar stop. Hours are variable by day as to whose available to see clients. And typical that weekend hours are shorter. The odd thing I found was that for a walk in clinic they have specified walk in hours. If it’s a walk in clinic shouldn’t it be walk in always?

I had a recurring health issue that I couldn’t get anyone to take seriously, and Queen Street Medical took me on and immediately got me the help and the answers I needed. I am forever in their gratitude for what they did for me.
Dr. Creek is a young doctor, but she is incredibly thorough. She’s honest in her approach and when she doesn’t know something she promptly refers you to someone who does. She takes extra caution and care and she has never once made me feel rushed, which isn’t normally the case when it comes to walk-​ins.
It surprises me that this clinic received a negative review. It’s pretty no frills, but everyone there is so kind. The only time they couldn’t help me was when I needed stitches. Apparently when you’re bleeding heavily (I accidentally stabbed my finger deeply with a kitchen knife) walk-​ins should not be your first instinct. They quickly bandaged me up and sent me to the hospital, and even revoked my check in to make sure there was no problems with OHIP.
I truly can’t recommend this clinic enough. It’s one of the best ones I’ve attended in the city.

I thought the front desk staff were pleasant and got me processed with intake paperwork rather quickly. The lady i dealt with was friendly and smiled a lot which was great. The lady beside her wasn’t as nice in that she didn’t even look at me once, even when i laid down the clipboard to ensure someone would pick it up since the previous lady who had originally helped me had walked away to the printer. That truly was my only complaint. The wait was 25min, and a further 10min waiting for the Dr. which i found to be very reasonable and even faster that i had thought. The Dr. was quick and professional and asked me all the relevant questions i had anticipated and gave me a prescription. It was all very friendly, courteous and no hassle which is what i expect from a walk in. Overall i was pleased and would return in future.

A rare place where the receptionist, the nurse & the doctor (Dr. Pamela An, in my case) were wonderfully professional and don’t make you feel like a burden for having the audacity to be sick! The pharmacist also could not have been more helpful. A truly refreshing experience. I should point out that I visited there 6 months ago and a saw a male doctor who would not get this rating, but this recent experience erased the memory of that.

Really helpful Doctor’s office in the city.
As many of us know, finding a doctor in the city that accepts new patients is almost impossible, until I was recommended to see Dr. Kristen Creek.
She is straight to the point and you will not spend hours waiting in their office to see a doctor.
Last I checked they are accepting new patients, but you can see them on a walk in basis as well.
