History

Established in 2013.

With experience in event videography, Aperture Lane was conceived in 2013 upon Ryan’s branch into wedding videography. Since then, Ryan and his team have been refining their style and uniqueness in story-​driven highlight videos. In addition to event videography, Aperture Lane takes on business projects, mainly involving promotional pieces with the same engaging energy found in its event pieces.

In my university years, I realised my inner story-​teller fell in love with the visual artist part of me in a new way: the hard drive space on my computer that was once filled with photos was invaded by MP4s and MOVs (video files).

With a few years of learning independently, receiving training from more experienced videographers and ever-​growing raw experience, I find myself here at Aperture Lane, the next step in my creative journey. I’ve taken a few faithful friends along with me for the ride and so far, it’s been awesome with each project meeting unique clients who become friends, celebrating with them and being a part of building their dreams.
