Saw the good reviews on Google and the nice website, and thought this place was very promising. I phoned the place to get a simple quote, however, the lady was extremely rude and also spat out that there is a minimum $ 20 fee. Message received. Bye bye.

They have implemented a $ 15MINIMUM fee, regardless of how many papers you need. This is not advertised on their website. So if you have just a minimal amount of photocopies/printjobs to do, do them elsewhere

Overall very poor service. I went in there to get some papers laminated and the people helping me seemed very much incompetent to help me. When asked if they could cut the paper i had brought in they said, «it would be to much work». They seemed overall lazy rude and unhelpful. I do not recommed this place to anyone, there is a place two doors down that is much better and more helpful

I’d wager that nearly every U of T student has had to come to this place once in his or her undergraduate life to get a textbook copied, or to pick up a reader. This place hums with the drone of photocopiers, and is primarily self-service. You load up a card, and hope the fumes don’t overwhelm you. I had the misfortune of trying to deal with the staff to get a job printed on card stock, and was thoroughly unimpressed. Overall not very knowledgeable, and didn’t really care about the final product. Sure, it’s cheaper than something like The Printing House, but it’s not worth the poor results. Copy Centre indeed; I would come here to use their copiers, but little else.
