I started working in the restaurant business, within my first year I was promoted twice, creating a name and reputation for myself.

After years of a rewarding Hospitality Career; I decided to work hard for my clients and myself In the Real Estate industry, where I can with honesty and integrity provided an outstanding service and be directly affected by it.

I bought a restaurant back in March and Alejandro was the agent working for the seller. During viewings and meetings with him he was very honest and willing to answer and questions the sellers couldn’t. He did his research on the property and the business. Anything I needed he was there. He made multiple trips out of town to get paperwork signed and the things we needed to get the deal closed. I could not believe how hard this guy works and how honest he is. Most agents just want to line there pockets with commissions and that’s all they are about. He is truly about the relationship and having repeat clients. Seven months later my wife and I were looking for a new house and there was no debate in who we would use as our agent. Alejandro always picks up our calls and if he can’t he returns them right away. He must have taken us to 25 places. He picked us up and dropped us off as well. A deal came through and he could have had a quick sale and good commission but he advised my wife and I that the monthly maintenance fees, and utility bills were very high and we should think twice about the purchase and we did.
Instead of worrying about the commission he was more worried about us. A week later he found us our perfect house.
This guy does his job with integrity and will work his ass off for you. Any future real estate; business or home he is the only person I will ever use.
