Zero stars. This company is a fraud– spent 2 months trying to schedule a cleaning, coordinating with tenants, total nightmare (by the way I PRE-PAID for this) and at the last second I was told my appointment time was given away.

WORST maid experience ever. I wish I could give 0 stars to Ace Cleaning in Toronto.
Maid broke $ 400 Dyson vacuum cleaner by carelessly placing it somewhere. I witnessed this myself. Company was confronted and then began ignoring phone calls and emails. Called them and confronted them from a different number and they picked up! No solution was offered and they hung up on me.
End result was that I’m now out a new $ 400 vacuum cleaner and will be finding a new cleaner.
Please do not use Ace Cleaning in Toronto!

WORST CLEANING COMPANY EVER.
They never showed up to clean my house which I had an appointment for. I called them twice when they never showed up, the first time they said they would be there in one hr. One hour passed they never showed. I called back to see what was going on and the gentleman on the phone told me, he would call the cleaning ladies and get back to me in 5 minutes. He never called back. I had guests that I needed my house cleaned for. Very Unreliable service.

You sent 2 cleaners to help me pack to move Saturday. Actually if 1 can’t even speak English, and NEITHER do the jobs as told (or even as a reasonable person would expect — I don’t have Trick-or-Treaters coming and putting kitchen breakables in bags is NOT packing it to move; now we have to put those bags into 1 of the many boxes FOR THE MOVE).
Only some of the cleaning was done correct; EVERYTHING ELSE FAILED. Specifically said to pack EVERYTHING IN KITCHEN — NOT HIT OR MISS DRAWERS AND DOORS.
This is not cleaning; it’s exploiting cheap foreign workers and (1-time) customers who think they are getting a real cleaner.
REST ASSURED I WILL POST MY REVIEWS OF ACE EVERYWHERE.
