Couldn’t be better! I locked my keys in my rental car and while their soonest availability was two hours from the time I called(I dont blame them for not being available all the time) the process once they arrived was very pleasant, friendly, and quick.

My plow truck broke down. I had my pregnant wife with me and we had no heat. I mentioned this to the awesome man at dispatch and he sent a tow truck right away. The tow truck operator that arrived was equally awesome and the first thing he said is that he understood i had a cold wife with me and offered the warmth of his truck right away. My money making truck is down but yet i am happy because my pregnant wife is now warm in our home.

It’s the third time we called Abrams. This time the battery was having issues and the car wouldn’t start. Called Abrams — help came relatively quickly. Staff were polite and professional. After our SUV went«Christine» on us by locking the doors and the door security code going batty, I called a friend in a panic to give a recommendation for a towing company that could help. He recommended Abram’s and after a few phone calls and getting the number, I ordered a car to come out and help us. A tiny little Echo showed up in about 25 minutes, leading to jokes about how it would tow anything, and the very friendly service guy popped our door in about 4 minutes flat. Service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Would recommend and use again if need be!
