«Earning my Honours BA at the University of Toronto gave me the knowledge and interest in the mind-​body connection and its role in health and healing that led me to pursue a career in therapeutic touch and massage therapy…

My experience has ranged from clinical massage with a focus on rehabilitation and therapeutic treatments to deeply relaxating treatments as featured in meditation spas. I’ve been a Teacher at the Royal Canadian College for Massage Therapy and I have actively practiced Onsite Massage at work/​special events.

Personal experiences have led me to focus on therapeutic treatments for women. It is my goal to offer a safe space where women of all ages, shapshapes and sizes may find peace, quietude and a place that encourages inner healing…
