OMG looooove the mushroom truffle dip($ 6). I keep going back for this stuff. The owner is a super nice guy and gives you lots suggestions for how to use it up. For example, on crackers, as a pasta sauce and he says to put it in the freezer if you haven’t used it by the day 5 or 6 since purchase. In my house though, it doesn’t last a week and then I catch myself craving it every day until I buy more. I haven’t tried any other his other stuff yet, but I really want to get into trying the jellies.

Phenomenal jams, jellies, and chutneys from this bottling master. If Urs Aeby were to rename his store, he should call it Jam Fusion Xanadu. So many flavors, all beckoning me!
