45 Kipling Bus

I’ve taken this line for more than 80% of my life (20+ years).
While there have been changes, it’s largely the same with reliable service, friendly drivers and consistent trips.
I’ve taken the bus before 7am and after 1am, it has always served me well.

Don’t believe in love at first boarding? Try the 45 Kipling, it’s almost as if this bus is not part of the TTC’s stable of lumbering monstrosities.
It has been on time each time I’ve ridden (admittedly not very often, but still). The buses on this route don’t bunch up, and the drivers are always pleasant. #29 Dufferin Bus, take note.
The story of the 45 vs. the 29 is like the story of the two brothers in a large family: one is the golden boy while the other is the crazy fool, up to no good. Well done 45! Get yo shit together 29.
I know this is a review of the 45, but I don’t let go of any opportunity to berate the 29.#firstworldproblems

Like everybody has already mentioned, this bus is crazy frequent. The 45E (express) is a little annoying because it doesn’t stop at my bus stop, but often times if I’m waiting and an Express bus sees me, they’ll stop and let me on. Even in rush hour, this bus is so frequent that it’s usually never too packed. It runs somewhat late into the night/​morning too, which has saved me from taking a cab home drunk from the station quite a few times :)

On time, it also seems to always be there or just getting there.
Don’t even bother getting on the 46 if you got the 45.

As Keidi K. mentioned this bus is pretty frequent.
Seems like every time I am at Kipling station waiting for the 30 Lampton, the 45 Kipling come down the street like a knight and shinning armour.

I hate that the express doesn’t stop at Dundas, which is the first major street it crosses.

It’s pretty much one of the most frequent buses the ttc has ever offered. Especially if you get on the express which only has stops at major intersections.
If you have a choice of buses go with this
