I took my Jeep in for a pre road trip check up. Staff were super friendly, however I was given the old line, ‘your brakes are bad, legally I shouldn’t even let you drive home like this’. I guess they figured that would scare me because I’m a girl. They quoted me a price of over $ 500 for repairs. Took it to another shop, (Meineke) for a second opinion, and they told me I was good to go. Since then I have been across country and then some and my brakes are still good to go. I do not advise this place.

Went there today after my engine light lit up and we were not confident driving to Toronto with that light on…
I’m not mechanically inclined and they could have sold me a new part or some other maintenance. Not the case.
I feel this is an honest shop as they told me that although the sensor had tripped, no evidence of damage was present and that all seems ok with my engine.
The $ 45 price tag that come with this is somewhat disappointing, but that’s the price of having a car I guess.
Honest people there. I feel good about going there and referring others.
