Small area, you can never find a table to sit at. It would be better if they had more sitting space.

Always consistent for the service no matter where you land. This location serves up free WiFi at 2 tiers and a nice assortment of fresh donuts. As much as they introduced the dark blend coffee, I am still not sold on it. I do stop by occasionally for the chili deal with a «Boston cream» donut, being from Boston, I still scratch my head as to which part of Boston this pastry came from.

An okay location. It’s outside the mall though. Not very large but some chairs & tables available. The guy who took our order forgot to make my mom’s coffee. But he didn’t try to re-​charge us for it since we already paid.

San Jose, CA
This Tim Horton’s is at a good location with staff that are do-​ers. I witnessed one time when someone spilled a whole cup of coffee, the staffs came to make sure the customer was ok and clean up immediately. Free WFi, and of course I always miss Tim Hortons coffee as I live in the Bay Area where there is no Tim Hortons. :-(
