WOHOO! I think I found my favourite salon in Richmond Hill.
I’m always hestitant about visiting salons in this area since people around here have the dough to pay top dollars for hair services. This location is tucked away in a small plaza, could be hard to find at first.
The salon is clean and up to speck, friendly staff and affordable service! The hairdresser educated me on how I can take care my hair for longer lasting results and even outlined what kind of hair products to use on me. I have paid as much as 300 $ for getting my hair dyed but this place can get it done for a fraction of the price. The quality is superb as well. My hair was dyed red over a month ago and the colour still looks as vibrant as day one.

Easy to get to Yonge Street south of the 407. Lots of free parking. Staff are great. Fab, head stylist/​owner gives great customer service. I always get compliments on my hair cuts. His assistant Rev has hands of gold, she gives the best head massage while washing your hair. Highly recommend trying Fab out for either men or women styles.
Did I mention there is an Aesthetician on board.

I have been going to Salon Simone for just under a year. I decided to try them out on the recommendation of friends who were seeing owner and stylist Fabrizio «Fab» Simone for some time and had nothing but great things to say the quality of his work.
Salon Simone is located on the west side of Yonge St just south of Hwy 7 in Thornhill. Parking is around the rear but its shared with the other businesses in the plaza so at times is very limited.
When you walk into the salon you are always warmly greeted by a receptionist and owner Fab. No matter how busy he is or who he is working on he always takes two seconds to say hello.
One of the best things about this Salon is the sense of camaraderie between the staff, ever joking and jabbing at one another, providing entertainment for all the customers. Jokes aside, what has kept me coming back is my stylist Fab. Trained in England, Fabrizio is a consummate professional and expert stylist.
Fab is one of the most respectful, and kind hair dressers I have ever had, His knowledge of hair styles seems endless as I have yet to bring him something he could not do. He understands my hair and my scalp better than I do, making strong recommendations of cuts and styles that will work best for me.
Understanding that regular hair cuts for guys can add up in price, Fab offers free clean ups in between cuts, helping you to stretch those tight dollars and extending the life of your look.
Will continue to visit Fab and the gang at Salone Simone regularly for my great cuts and the company.
