The reason for two stars is because the stylists were actually quite friendly. The updo I went in for wasn’t exactly what I had expected but turned out fine. The person who went with me was content with their style as well.
It’s the phone call home because we were a bit late (8 minutes) due to searching for parking (I’m almost 9 mths pregnant and wanted something closer). This phone call home was a rude lecture given to my husband about how lateness sets everyone back. We even apologized for being late when we got there. The girl at the front was quite rude.
The actual phone call isn’t the problem it’s the rudeness. Poor customer relations. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard this about this salon. How unfortunate. I will stick to my usual salon (couldn’t get an appointment there as they were booked.) But they don’t call my home berating my family if I end up being slightly late.
