Harry the owner is amazing. He looks after all of my family’s vehicles. His work is fast and his rates are very reasonable.
Recently he took care of my brake lights. After we picked up the car, a few hours later all of a sudden the shifter would not come out of park and the power windows would not operate. I checked the fuses for the windows and they were fine.
I then called Harry and he said to bring it in. I had it towed. The next day he called and said it was fixed and that it was a blown fuse. Just not the one I had checked.
When I asked him how much I owed him he said nothing. Wow.
I know it’s just a fuse. But for a mechanic to not charge for his time is not normal. A dealership would have charged me for sure. These little things are what makes me loyal.
