Psychological treatment for children, adolescent, and adults. Our diverse therapy team provides individual and group treatment services for emotional disorders, personality disorders, general wellness, and the management of learning and attentional disorders.

We have a robust assessment team providing diagnostic evaluations in mental health domains and contract psychoeducational assessments.

We offer brief consultation based case-​management, report review, and other advisory services. Treatment is available in person (North Toronto — York Region) and online (Ontario and Newfoundland).

History

Established in 2011.

FLEX Psychology was formalized as a treatment team in 2011. Developed to support the assessment and diagnostic services of Thornhill’s Cornerstone Clinic, many of our team members have worked closely together since 2007.

Business Owner

As the founder of FLEX Psychology, Michael Decaire, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc., R.P., is excited to bring a diverse range of psychotherapeutic and related treatment services to North Toronto, York Region, and now all of Ontario and Newfoundland through our advanced telehealth system.

Our diverse team implements multi-​modal treatment options to assist children, adolescents, and adults move towards wellness. Currently, Michael is the clinical director of FLEX Psychology, managing both their treatment and assessment teams.
