It’s good to have options when it comes to pet stores to compare pricing. This is one of a few stores in Terrebonne. (One other is in the mall Galleries Terrebonne, the other is on Rue De Perigueux). Back to Mondou, they have a good thorough selection of what you need for dogs and cats and a few other smaller animals (small birds, hamsters, mice, rats ferrets etc). But mostly it’s for cats and dogs. Collars, animal toys, pet food and bones plus much more. Mondou tends to have pretty good coverage in the province of Quebec with stores all over the place.
I came by to her a new dog leash. The selection was pretty vast. All different colours and kinds. In the end I decided to go with a basic black one.
What drives me nuts about this location however is the parking. It looks like it was an after thought with few spots and not very easy to get in and out of. However it’s a minor inconvenience.
Overall the big US chains such as Petco trump Mondou in terms of selection this location has the basics and then some. They also have a loyalty program. Just make sure you don’t forget your loyalty card at home (like I did)!
