I had a very positive experience with MAW today.
On short notice, I called to see if they could remove my snow tires and install & balance my summer tires. I was able to get in the same day, on time and was in and out in about an hour.
Staff was very friendly and the interaction between owner, staff, and other customers was also positive.

In years gone by we used Mason’s but decided to use another mechanic shop as the owner did not treat us very well as customers. We found him obnoxious and rude when we very diplomatically questioned something on the bill that didn’t look quite right, we thought it was a mistake.
We never went back.
