This was the first time I have been this sushi spot and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff was very welcoming and professional! The sushi chef and server were unbelievably polite and very efficient… Our food came out very fast and it was fresh, and delicious! I would definitely return!

I came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised (and so so full!) I had a Japanese bottled beer I had never heard of, Hitachino Nest White Ale. It was a wheat malt with coriander, orange and nutmeg, which is a great compliment to fish, was 7.95. My meal was Jin’s Bento, which the server informed me after, was their biggest lunch Bento. 4 Cali rolls, 4 dynamite, a salmon nigiri, tuna goma (tuna sashimi with a dark mustardy topping), tempura and lightly deep fried chicken on a bed of sautéed cabbage and rice. Oh and it comes with miso, as do all of their lunch bento. I could not eat it all but I really wanted to! They bring frozen grapes after the meal which is a really nice touch and palate cleansing. For $ 19.95!!! I cant even get that much at the grocery store for that much! Server was not a ghost but not invasive either. He was really appreciative of my compliments on the food. I will be here frequently now, not going to red deer for sushi anymore.
