This is the worst UPS store in Great Vancouver! They have the worst customer service and cannot seem to operate their business.
I have a package from Sears. They didn’t tell me there is NO help from the store guy on the phone. When I showed up; the manager, Harry, refused to give me a hand. And he gave me one day to pick up the package, or they will return it! And he yelled at me: «if you don’t know how the treadmill looks like, you shouldn’t buy it! «
He is right, I should never buy anything from Sears if Sears is still using this UPS store. Their customer service is a joke!
