I’m sort of torn on how to rate this place. In the morning the service is great. Even with the morning rush of people heading to work, the baristas are ever so friendly and my grande vanilla bean(or hot chocolate in the winter) turns out superb. However on one of my latest visits, I came on a weekday after work, around 6 – 6:30ish and the service was terrible, to be frank. I came in to a group of three young baristas/cashiers who were flirting with each other like crazy. And I know flirting is fun and all that but when you have customers… Ughhh. It created a really uncomfortable environment for myself and my coworker, the only two customers in at the time. They continued flirting as we stood in front of the counter looking at some of the baked goods. When I finally got my vanilla bean(after waiting for a long time or maybe I just felt really uncomfortable), the drink was poorly made. Everything was liquidized! The drink itself had no shredded-ice texture to it, it was literally just water/milk and flavour. Even the whipped cream was screwed up; she practically just gave me the cream part of the whipped cream– forget the«whipped» part when you can flirt around instead. So disappointed. I’m giving it 3-stars instead of one because the morning staff is 5-stars of awesomeness.

Weird. Just up from the ever busy Southpointe Starbucks, but this is a great one because it’s clean and not very busy. Not open late like the other one, but it’s a good alternative to drop into during the day — if you’re in the South Surrey area.
