Solaris Spa, Laser & Wellness

I went to the abbotsford location on a groupon. We were offered the option of purchasing another 2 for 1 treatment at the lower price at that time and that it would be added to our file. Then when I called to book the appointment, they said they had closed the abbotsford location but to call the Surrey location. I called the location and the manager was going to look into it and get back to me and he never did. Now I am out the money. It was not worth the price that we ended up paying and their customer service was crappy.

Had their Spa Pedicure done this week and was very happy with it. The girl did a fantastic job of scrubbing & filing my feet. The paraffin treatment was great as was the perfect polish application.
I must say that I only like visiting spas that have throne chairs with jetted tubs as the cheaper places with the «buckets» or «bowls» to put your feet in suck and don’t feel luxurious. I always feel like I’m getting a ghetto pedi with one of those. This place has throne chairs! Yay! AND I observed the girls cleaning & disinfecting them after use which is VERY important to me as I don’t want to pick up a nasty fungus.
Lastly, the ambiance of the spa was very nice and I enjoyed its tranquility.
Would definitely return again & recommend to friends.
