History

Established in 1992.

This law firm was started by Craig Sicotte in 1992 when he began practicing law as a sole practitioner. James Henry joined the firm a few years later and has been the senior associate for over 10 years. Kelly Johnston, a former federal prosecutor, joined the firm over 5 years ago.

Manager

Craig Sicotte graduated from the University of Victoria Law School in 1990. He clerked at the Vancouver Supreme Court and Articled at Bull, Housser & Tupper in Vancouver. He was called to the bar in 1991. He successfully defended an impaired driving case during law school and has successfully defended everything from traffic tickets to murder charges since then. He is Vice President of the Surrey Bar Association and local agent in Surrey, Langley and New Westminster for the Legal Services Society.
