We did the reservation for 1 week but maybe we’ll end up maybe Staying here for less days and they said it was totally fine’ which took a weight off our shoulders definitely ! That’s quality! That’s common sense and work class service !!!
Definitely coming back next time we come to Surrey !

Wow this place exceeded my expectation! Booked this hotel through orbit and got a great deal for the king size suite.
First the parking situation is awesome with a gated entry access only with your hotel key card. Only bad thing is the stench of the garbage dumpsters in the garage area.
The lobby is pretty casual. You have to use your key card to get to the secure Peking garage and your room floor. After a quick and easy check in we got to our room. The room came with a kitchen, living room, multiple closets, two TVs, bathroom and the king bedroom. It was almost like a mini apartment and what a deal for the price.
There is a mini complimentary breakfast in the lobby in the morning with muffins, bars, and juices. There is also a restaurant, Moxie, but never went to it.
Check out was fast and easy as well. Just drop of your key card from the parking lot before you leave.
I definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Canada.
Only bad thing I have to say is that I was unaware of any fitness or spa area and the complimentary breakfast is not as good as a lower end hotel such as super 8.

This is a great clean place. We booked penthouse that had one bedroom with king bed, flat screen tv, and living rm with flat screen tv, fireplace and sofa bed. It also had a kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave. Washer and dryer looked very new model but we did not need to use all that. My family is very picky but they were delighted when they saw this place and the view from the window. They charged me only $ 160 for the suite which I thought was better than booking 2 rooms for kids and us.
When we got home to States my son said he forgot his expensive smart phone somewhere. We called the motel and they found it, packed and mailed next day. We were very impressed with their honesty and helpful attitude. If I need to stay again in BC area I would not go anywhere else.

For 6 weeks during a corporate relocation from the United States to Canada, we stayed at this property. The rooms were ideal, essentially a one bedroom apartment with laundry in the suite, which more than met our needs compared to any other hotel options we might have had. With the Moxies Restaurant attached to the lobby, it provided the freedoms of having a beverage or full meal if we wanted out of the suite for a change. The staff at the Moxies was quick, efficient and friendly.
This review is being written mostly because of the EXEMPLARY service we received from the staff at this property. Raunak Chopra and the rest of the team there were absolutely fantastic. Always sincerely pleasant, extremely helpful in all our needs, and even neighborly in our dealings for such a time. I’ve had many travels and hotel experiences in my career, but this one was the first I felt compelled to write about. If considering this hotel for a stay, and still unsure, I’d suggest you call them to experience first hand how great this team of people is.
