History

Established in 2009.

Resound School of Music was founded by Ryan and Stephanie Langford in 2009. We saw that many families wanted to give their children the opportunity to learn to play music, but just didn’t have the time to drive them to and from lessons every week. By hiring highly qualified teachers (less than 5% of teachers who apply are accepted), we’ve combined the high quality that you’ve come to expect from upscale music studios, with the convenience of the local travelling music teacher, without breaking the bank.

Ryan has an extensive background as a music performer and educator, having toured internationally with his band, recorded professionally in Nashville, TN and taught over 200 students. Now with 3 children of his own, having high quality lessons that he would want his children to have is of the upmost importance and weighs heavily into his hiring criteria.
