Queens Nails

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I always get shellac done at other nail salons, so I knew what to expect. I went here on a Friday and by Sunday the layer of nail polish literally peeled off of two nails. I called and advised them that I would be there the following day to get it fixed, to which they agreed upon. By the next day, five nails needed to be re-​done. The lady was rude, she was rude the first time I visited as well, just her demeanor I guess. She said I should have been «careful» at which time I told her I did nothing to cause them to peel off, I attended a wedding and was vacationing. I got all five nails fixed and this time around there were no issues. I think they use low quality products for quick cash. Don’t go!

This is an alright place to get nails done, like most nail places do not expect to be greeted by technicians who speak fluent English. It close to my house so I don’t mind the mani’s and pedi’s because I don’t really have to explain much. There is a lot chatter amongst the technicians obviously not in English, it can be irritating at times when your trying to relax. I like less talking more working if I’m getting a service done. But the worst experience I had was getting eyelash extensions at this salon, I’ve never had them done before so I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t even do research. Well let’s just say, my eyes burned I felt pin pricks every time I blinked, and my eyelashes looked like they were smeared with clumpy mascara (too much glue) my left eye was more full looking than the right, and when I went back to tell the technician she said no it looked great, and got other workers to agree. Now they after doing research about proper application I realize they aren’t trained well enough to apply the eyelashes at Queens Nail. I got my eyelashes removed here as well and it was a bad experience too, so much burning, painful pulling and there are still two eye lash extensions left in. So annoyed, and my natural eyelashes are completely destroyed. I paid 54.00 for eye lashes and 15.000 for removal, kept them for a week.
