BADFOOD. EVENWORSESERVICE. Went for dinner here last night with my wife and one of the dishes tasted sour, like it had gone bad. We didn’t order anything else and returned the food back. We were surprised to be later charged for the dish we didn’t eat. The waitress went to the owners and came back and said we have to pay for half. But we didn’t even eat half?! So we asked to not pay for what we didn’t eat and the owner started yelling from the kitchen«That’s the last time I do that!»(in reference to not charging us for the bad food). And she continued to yell to the other staff about how we complained about the service! It went on the entire time we paid the bill, they was extremely rude and disrespectful. An elderly man beside us grabbing his take-out even sheepishly looked at us and said«WOW» in surprise at the crass behaviour of the actual owners. Are you really going to scrap it out for $ 15(the price of the bad dish) in front of customers in the middle of a suburban residential neighborhood that probably survives on relationships? Never going here again! Regret going it ruined our Saturday night.

what’s wrong with Surrey Unilocalers lol… only 1 review for this fine establishment? It’s a small cozy resto, about 6 tables, typical dimmed light, but no one here on a Sat. nite but was here just observing, must’ve been about a dozen ppl lining up/picking up their takeout. and most were raving about their pizzas. may actually think this is really authentically Italian run judging by their friendly staff. I’m going to be here for their Monday pizza specials, this many ppl can’t be wrong ;) Even takeout was going to be 30min. so decided to go for Sushi Topia a few stores down lol. also heard their baked lasagna is a winner too. Lots of free parking in this plaza.

We were on our way to a Greek restaurant when I remembered that some friends of mine had told us about this little place near Scott Road and 64 th Ave in Surrey. It’s in a strip mall and doesn’t look like much from outside. Inside is small only about 6 tables. It has a high ceiling and nice Mediterranean décor. The staff were really pleasant greeting everyone in a cheerful manner. You could tell many of the patrons were regulars. A steady stream of customers were coming in to pick up take out. We ordered two different baked lasagna dishes. They were delicious. They were also huge. Really flavorful, served with garlic toast and big enough to make two meals. The prices are very reasonable especially considering you are sure to have leftovers.
