We have a Passion For Perfection. Our dough is made everyday using high protein wheat flour. We shred our cheese daily using 100% natural whole milk mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone. We slice and dice fresh produce toppings like roma tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. Our meat toppings have no fillers; we use the finest quality… like real Canadian bacon. Our pizza sauce is fresh (not reconstituted from tomato concentrate) using ripened California tomatoes. We don’t even have freezers in our stores… Just quality FRESH ingredients! Handmade. Homebaked.
