Pandora

I got the pleasure to meet Kathy from the Guildford store & let me tell you my experience was amazing. I went to Whistler Pandora two months ago, at the time of me purchasing my charm they did offered to clean my bracelet since I was staying in the village which was great however they kinda made comments that made feel uncomfortable. The girl asked «what I do with my bracelets how come the hearts of the love me mother of pearl all fell out?» But not in a nice way, I just replied saying I just wear it everyday and it happened with every wear. So anyways my point is I didn’t have a great experience there, especially for being a whistler store I expected way more. So on Sunday Nov 29^th 2015 I was at work & met Kathy as she was buying something from me, at the end of the conversation she told me to come see her on Wednesday which I did and she sure made me feel so special she replaced my charms no questions asked no hassle no comments but a pleasant hug at the end. I am def happy and couldn’t stop thinking about Kathy’s kind gesture.

I absolutely LOVE Rodan Jewellers and their Pandora stores reflect the same amazing customer service and overall experience. Guildford Pandora is truly lush and welcoming. The staff there care about building a relationship with you. And with that comes great product knowledge, exceptional eye to detail… and letting you be the first to know about fun events or when the new collection is in! Love them so much! It is worth the drive if you live in Vancouver ;)

Most recently, during the hectic Bracelet Event I made a bracelet for my fiancé. What’s awesome is I got the same great service during their busiest day as I usually get when it’s just me in the store.
My favourite sales rep is KD, she really knows what charms are available and can turn my obscure ideas into a beautifully designed bracelet. She also takes the time to explain how to properly care for the bracelets.
I first visited this location last year when the Metrotown location refused to exchange my fiancé’s bracelet. Not only did the store immediately exchange the bracelet, they apologized for the horrible service provided by Crystique’s store in Metrotown. (Crystique has yet to respond to my written complaints!)
