Number Crunchers® main service is full-​charge bookkeeping with either a once per month visit or a client’s receipts picked up every week with our ‘Just Say: «Stuff It» to Bookkeeping’ service. This service helps client’s stay on top of their books and government remittances.

People say they love working with Number Crunchers® because we’re able to understand what’s going on in their business and they’re having fun. We work by a set of core beliefs because we know the difference between good and bad bookkeeping. We also like to point out that one of our beliefs is humour while dealing with what some feel is a boring and tedious subject. We take bookkeeping seriously — ask any of our clients.

Randall took accounting classes in high school and realized that his career (almost went to BCIT for computer programming but it was too full at the time) lay in the accounting field. Randall starting accounting/​bookkeeping right out of high school and worked in various industries until the late 1990s when he decided to start his own business Cascade Business Services which was renamed in 2007 to Number Crunchers® Financial Services. Through networking and some smart marketing, especially to existing clients, Randall has grown Number Crunchers® into a popular and successful enterprise.
