New Look Laser

I bought my first laser package on-​line and was so happy with my results that I bought a second package at full price. I had literally been burned by another laser with a coupon package from another salon. I highly recommend Jaspal’s laser at New Look Laser. I have had amazing results and will not have my treatments done anywhere else!

I bought two Living Social vouchers to be safe — the wording wasn’t clear about what exactly was covered. I wanted to get my upper and lower legs done. When I got there, the lady tried to rip me off by telling me I needed to buy SIX ADDITIONAL vouchers just to get my LOWER LEGS ONLY! For a total of 8! At $ 100 per voucher, that’s $ 800 plus tax, which is pretty much regular price for laser hair removal. After arguing a bit I got her down to two additional vouchers — still a huge rip off. I should have taken my complaint back to Living Social. Now I’m three sessions in, and she’s missing a huge spot by my ankle. I pointed it out last time and she didn’t seem to care at all and missed it again. I will NEVER go back here and absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean, comfortable and professional. The staff was kind and happily explained everything to me. I felt very cared for and relaxed during my treatment which was done very quickly and efficiently.
I can definitely recommend this clinic and will be going back in a few weeks for another laser treatment!
