McDonald’s

Hit and miss service with an eating area that is way too small for patrons to actually enjoy dining in. Drive through is terrible with parking lot hell to navigate through as the layout is super confusing. If you’re heading east on Highway 10 go to the location in Cloverdale instead

This McDonalds never gets the order correct and for some reason is more exspensive then other McDonalds. Don’t go here unless every where else is closed.

This is my neighborhood McD’s. And I’m conflicted.
On one hand it is smallish inside, and the service is hit and miss. I’ve gone through the drive-​thru and had items missed in my order TWICE. I’ve also had screw-​ups when I’ve sat with the kiddies inside (it’s almost never my choice to go unless it’s the morning and I grab my vice — which is the sausage and egg mcmuffin).
One time the power went out so we sat in there eating in the semi dark (it was still kinda light out) and I’ve seen more than a few people go back up and complain about wrong burgers, cold hotcakes, missing menu items, overly salty fries, etc.
But on my latest drive thru experience I got a dinner salad for the first time, and NEVER AGAIN! It is disgusting. All around. Bad lettuce, bad dressing, small (thank goodness as it means I didn’t waste that much), and the crispy chicken was a small portion. UGH.
But I’m giving an extra star because one time when I had my order screwed up and I paid for something and I got something different (only to notice later) I went up to make a point (wasn’t looking for anything free, etc) about it. When I was leaving a man approached us and apologized about the service and gave me two coupons for free burgers. It was the owner and he said they were having a hard time that morning. It was a nice gesture and he was nice to me.

This McDonalds has always been sub-​standard as far as the McDonalds franchise goes. Constantly unclean restaurant and the quality of food is inconsistent.
