Dave delivered a task chair to my home 4 years ago. It’s been a great chair, but due to normal wear and tear one of the padded arm rests cracked and needed replacing. I wrote, asking if this could be done and the very next day Dave arrived with the necessary part. Terrific service and a nice guy.
