History

Established in 2005.

We have assisted thousands of individuals with debt workouts — bankruptcies and proposals to creditors — since 2005. Ken started up this, his own service-​driven business, after having worked for many years at larger bankruptcy and accounting firms.

Business Owner

Ken is a Chartered Accountant (1980) and a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy (1983). He has advised both corporations and individuals on how best to address their financial difficulties and, when he worked with larger firms, was the key person appointed by chartered banks, credit unions, and the Court in performing financial workouts as well as receiverships and as monitor pursuant to the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act.

Ken has served as a director of the BC Insolvency Association, a continuing education committee member with the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, a member of a professional standards review board within the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC (ICABC), a speaker in professional development seminars for ICABC, the organizer of a significant professional development seminar to bankers, a former chairman of the Insolvency Discussion Group of Greater Vancouver, and he co-​authored Barbados’ current Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
