I have been using this location for 3 years. Yesterday I had a screw in a tire and went to get it fixed. They told me it could not be repaired. If I left the car they would put on the spare by the next day. I told them I needed to get back to Point Roberts that day. They refused to accommodate me, they refused to put air in the tire so could go somewhere else. I drove to the nearest gas station on a flat tire and put in air. I googled Tire Shops and found Fountain Tire not far away. They fixed my flat right away, no charge. I need a new set of tire, guess where I will be buying them?

Showed up with an Emergency flat and they wouldnt even help me. Had to drive with a flat to Discount Tire and got instant service.
On another issue they didn’t return calls and eventually when I did connect they were unable to help.
I had winter tires installed and when I got home my hands were black. The steering wheel was filthy.
Horrible service, never going back!

I was recommended to go to Kal Tire as I always have such bad experiences at other big name franchise and let me tell you… THE SERVICE is great! I went there to tune up my car prior to my trip to Kelowna. I came & just felt comfortable in trusting them, they weren’t trying to rip me off for an oil change, the service was fast, Steve the manager was great & took care of me & my car :) thank you! should be back soon for my oil change LOL

The founder would be proud! Not only do they deliver on excellent service but they fit me in at a moments notice when I discovered a leak in my tire. I would defenitely recommend this place for all of your needs! Two thumbs up!
