Life transitions and where ever you are at right now. I work with many women who are transitioning from stay at home moms, who are looking at loosing weight and getting back to health. I enjoy working in the area of relationship coaching too because there is nothing better than having what you want and desire and wanting what you have. Goal setting and accountability are part of this bigger game and reclaiming your self back is my commitment to you.

History

Established in 2010.

I have been coaching and consulting for many years. It wasn’t until I realized I needed to help myself, first and foremost as I was stuck in an unfilling life. My life started to shift when dramatically in 2007 as I started taking courses, seminars, workshops, reading books on transformation of my life, healing of self, and in essence, owning up to responsibility, stop being a victim and start choosing a powerful life to live. I have been trained through CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and I’m a full CPCC with my certification completed. I have studied in the areas of NLP as well. My life experiences drew me powerfully to this place as I see the impact it has on others lives. I want to make that difference in your life.

I am mother of 3 teenage girls, successful business owner and in a beautiful relationship. It has taken blood, sweat and tears to reach this place. As I have watched my own transformation, it becomes a testimony that everything you want and desire becomes tangible when you have the right things in place to make these shifts happen. Things that inspired me — motivated me into action and when I get stuck, I go back to what it was and why it is important to me. My training and background experiences combined with who I am create a great space for you to have what is possible in your life. Impact, making a difference and getting heart connected.
