Impact Power Washing

We had Impact do our house; concrete, decks, stucco, gutters. and windows. I advise anyone considering them to quickly look elsewhere.
They didn’t come when expected, and after 3 cancellations insisted on coming at a time when we weren’t able to be there. They insisted on receiving payment before I had a chance to look at the work.
The concrete power washing was done well, except that most items on or near the concrete were thrown into the landscape and not put back, and those items were a lot dirtier than before. Similarly with the house washing. Decent washing and scrubbing of stucco; surroundings dirtier than before. Decks were cleaned, but a fair bit of dirt (loose) was left, and the deck furniture was worse off than before.
Gutters were cleaned reasonably, but downpipe connectors were not reattached, so additional ladder work will be required.
Windows were very poorly cleaned, and many corners missed. Some windows were dirtier than before.
Between the very poor quality of the work and the terrible customer relations, I would strongly advise anyone to use some other company.
They may be able to do a decent job, but the indications are that they can’t or won’t, and the overall grief of dealing with them isn’t worth the work even if they did a good job.
