On Halloween a cab driver refused to pick up my friends from my house because she had children. This was told to her after her children were inside the cab. After the cab driver was rude and started using racial slurs towards her she took all the kids out of the cab. Unfortunately she had dropped her passport inside the cab before she got out. When we called the cab company they denied that a cab ever reached my place. So now she is out a passport and has to file for identity theft. Worst cab company ever.

The best experience I’ve had with a cab service. I needed a cab from Surrey to North Vancouver on Christmas Eve. I’ve had cab drivers who have been hesitant to go from downtown Vancouver to North Vancouver… and many times they push for you to pay cash. Due to this, I was really worried about taking a cab from Surrey to North Van, I much greater distance. When I asked the driver if it would be okay to take me to North Van and that I would be paying by credit card, he was extremely nice and said of course it was no problem at all. I wish I could remember the particular driver’s name… but he was great and extremely positive and friendly!
