Cute and trending outdoor shopping experience with some good shops(Indigo, H&M, Cupcakes, Aldo, Starbucks etc). Would like a couple more brand name shops to come in for more variety. Overall well kept up, with ambience music and chairs on the corner to be able to sit and people watch.

This is a pretty conveniently located shopping area. It doesn’t have few of my essential stores but for what it is, it’s pretty good. They have Indigo, Starbucks, Aldo, Le Château, H&M, Cupcakes and various other stores. They have underground parking which is a nice bonus for those rainy days or on those super busy shopping days when you can’t find parking over ground.

Finally, White Rock has a decent shopping outlet! Semiahmoo Mall just doesn’t cut it if you’re under the age of eighty. To be honest, I really have no idea where Grandview Corners ends and Morgan Crossing begins, so forgive me if there’s a little overlap. Despite it’s large area, there isn’t a lot here, but for an outdoor mall, it’s good with a nice variety of vendors. Some choice stores include an H&M, Aldo, La Senza, Le Château, and the list goes on. The Garage located here is the only other outlet store(aside from one in New West, I believe?), and the sale section takes up half the space! I’ve definitely found some nice pieces here for a great deal. Plenty of choices for eats; Montana’s, U-Lounge, Original Joe’s, Wok Box, to name a few. And then, there’s the larger stores across the street. Future Shop and Best Buy for your electronic delight, and the Walmart here is, in my opinion, the least painful to shop in amongst the Supercentres. Grandview Corners has a fair amount to look at, but it’s more for the casual, relaxed stroll on a do-nothing summer day rather than a top spot for serious power-shopping.

Cute little strip mall in Surrey– I would have never come here if I hadn’t searched for a H&M. They have a handful of cute shops here. Garage, Kitchen Therapy, Cupcakes, Moka café– to name a few. Will definitely come back when the sun starts to show up around here ;)

If you have to drive, just park on the street because parking is quite tight as other reviewers have pointed out. If you live close by, just walk. Everything is here, what more do you want. Fancy clothes and your choice of foods including Tim Horton’s, Starbucks and Jugo Juice. A few restaurants around and music and pharmacy is all here. It’s outdoors and not a closed mall which is a busy place when the sun is out. If you can shop during the week, it’s less busier than the weekends.

It’s really cramped driving through this place. Kind of like driving around the new developments in Surrey where there are cars parked on both sides and you can only have one car going down the street in any particular direction. Well not THAT bad, but it’s what it feels like. In the United States these types of outdoor malls are sprouting up all over the place, but are always extremely large. I guess down here land is at a premium so they have to kind of cram things in. There’s not enough parking either, in the Indigo corner of this place — unless you can find the covered semi-hidden parking.

Back to school shopping… 5 year old boy, 8 year old fashion diva, where do I shop??? Make a day of it without crossing the border. You would be hard pressed to find a better«outlet Mall» style shopping district. It has nicely walkable layouts between stores, and a nice mix of shopping and eating to get through a marathon hunt. We hit the children’s place and got boys rugby style collared shirts for $ 3.99! We loaded up both kids for under $ 150. I had to snoop in the H&M to see it, but being in my early 40’s apparently not the H&M demographic. The gourmet kitchen store was a temptation beyond compare, and there is, for convenience sake a monster Wal-Mart Super centre, a Future Shop and a massive Home Depot surrounding the outlets. I got everything I needed and was out for exactly 4 hours, including drive time. My children are happy, and we all had an ice cream to celebrate.

Grandview Corners reminds me of the Premium Outlet malls in America. Designed as an outdoor mall, this shopping district has a store(or stores for everyone). And I just learned it span is actually 50 acres… now that is motivation to cross a bridge or two. I went for a window stroll/shop with a friend, and was excited to see BCBG — with an up to 70% off sale no less. And loads of sale items! I then hit up H&M and scored on a slouchy black handbag I never saw in the location by me for $ 7. Swish! After I spotted the Cupcakes location I got a bit peckish… but those cupcakes are made of wheat so they were untouchables for me. But there was a Montana’s handy. The nicest thing about this place, aside from the array of shoppes is the vast amount of outdoor parking. Plus it’s newish and kept immaculate. A lovely experience on a sunny day!
