Everfresh Cleaning

Ditto from me… had to write after spending two days shampooing my own carpets after bad experiences with this company and others. Also bought a voucher on Living Social for everfresh and ended up paying more than I expected. The carpets looked worse after with large dark stains. I felt sorry for the man as he was working very hard but did feel uncomfortable with the lack of business like attire and behaviour. My experience with carpet cleaners has been dismal at best… have owned my own shampooers which had to be scrapped soon after purchase… cracked bottom leaking water all over the place. Even though I am tired, I am delighted with my Rug Doctor rental (approx $ 30 at Safeway). Took me 10 times of rinsing to get the soapy residue out from the other guys! Did it til the water ran clean… wow the carpets look amazing. Not fun… but at least I can see how clean they have become. Note… never use the amount of soap the instructions say… way too much and will leave your carpets feeling crispy and attract more dirt.

these guys are thieves and are known to the police! Do not use them! They get their connections through Living Social.

HUGE SMELLY STAIN LEFT ON MY CARPET. Got a deal from Living Social — they booked my appointment for Monday night, changed the appointment twice, then left a huge smelly stain on my carpet. I sent them photos of the stain and they responded saying they’d send someone to clean it when they had someone in the area, but wouldn’t give me a day. It’s been a week now and no one has shown up, so I have to hire someone else to clean up their mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN ! I saw this «deal» on Living Social and got enticed by the «good» «client feedback» there. The representative was unprofessional, rude and comes across as making things difficult for me. After paying extra for shampooing and deodorizing, there is still pet odor. To make matters worse, he left a stain on my carpet after leaving ! I gave them another chance to make it right. Unfortunately they never responded back, and it is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone because it was an automated message. BAD EXPERIENCE all in all.

Do not use this company. We got an online deal last year and was told we would need to spend more than what we purchased. Then he refused to do the service claiming it was not worth his time to set up the machine. Horrible! Why bother offering a service if you don’t care about keeping clients. We asked him to leave.

WORST company ever DO NOT book!!! Horrible horrible service! They make tou book out a whole day to wait fpr their service theybdont give you a time and they dont teturn calls. I booked out my whole friday waiting for them they said they would have company call me day before to confirm time, no one called, called all morning friday, then techncian sends me msg says sorry sick cant do it today. Really? Booking tbis company has been a horrible service.

This was one of the worst service experiences of my life, I got this cleaning through living social (which I have now unsubscribed from as I have had mutiple unsatifactory experiences with them) not only were they late, but the guy who showed up to do the work was so sketchy I didn’t even want to let him in the house, he then proceeded to try and upsell me the whole time and claimed that the service I bought was not actually going to be effective etc etc. In any case I kicked him out half way through the cleaning. I ended up calling Brisas carpet cleaning which I should have done in the first place and could not be happier with their service.
