Ecofresh Carpet Cleaning

Do not use Ecofresh! We only booked our job with them because they said they provide power-​washing and waited until they were actually here to inform us that they don’t.
We initially booked them for a Thursday appointment, they didn’t show up.
Then on Friday they didn’t show up again because the serviceman didn’t bring his tools.
Then they were supposed to come at 8:30 Monday morning, called at 9 to say he wouldn’t be there til noon, then called at 11:50 to say he would be another half hour and I didn’t finally see him arrive until 1:30.
This was when I was informed they couldn’t provide all the services they said they could so I left them to do the part of the job he could. Half the job was okay and the other half looked like nothing whatsoever had been done to clean the chair. It is still just as dirty as it was before.
So in the end — late, don’t come prepared, have to re-​schedule, don’t do everything they say they will and do a shit job at what they can do.
